About Academy of Singing

The academy was founded in 1992 by internationally renowned opera singers Monique Brynnel and Jon Weaving. All of our teachers are industry professionals who have trained at the highest levels. The Academy of Singing has successfully prepared students for WAAPA, NIDA, BAAPA, VCA, Melbourne and Monash University as well as VCE and AMEB exams. All of our lessons are conducted in a caring and friendly environment so that our students feel comfortable and confident, regardless of whether they’re beginners starting from scratch or advanced performers.
