Specialising in weight loss and fitness improvements, Alec has developed the knowledge and ability to help you take the next step in your fitness journey and your results to the next level. His passion for leading a team of experienced personal trainers and helping the local community see sustained fitness success culminated in his being awarded the 2020 North Shore Business Person of the year 2020.
