The karate style is based on Kyokushin, Szlagowski Karate Association.
We welcome all students of all ages, gender and abilities.
Our minimum age for the open karate class is 7.
5 years of age.
Seniors are most welcome.
We focus on body awareness and activities that improve balance and coordination.
Students can progress at their own speed, taking into consideration their age, flexibility, mobility and time constraints.
