Chocolatier Helene Goethals was born and raised in Belgium, a country famed for its delicious chocolate. She is a qualified chocolatier and has studied the art of chocolate making in Brussels and has had the fortune of being trained by some of Belgian's best chocolatiers (ie. Laurent Gerbaud, Jérôme Grimonpon).
