My name is Andrea Mazzurco and I offer pasta-making classes in Brisbane, QLD.
I learned to cook at some of the best cooking schools in Italy… my mamma’s and nonna’s kitchens! And with my classes, I bring all their knowledge and traditions to your own kitchen so that you can create new traditions with the people you love.
I was born and raised in Milan, in the north of Italy and I lived there until I was 21.
Then moved to the USA to complete my Master's and PhD.

I studied aerospace engineering both in Italy and USA and then got my PhD in education in the USA.
Living away from home is what sparked my passion for cooking.
When I arrived in Australia to work at the university, I felt very stressed with my job.
Pasta making became my way to help me deal with the stress on the weekends.
I soon found that teaching how to cook Italian food was a gratifying and fun activity.
So, I started offering pasta-making classes online and have loved it since the beginning.
Now, I have begun to offer private cooking classes here in Australia as well!.
