Meet Anita. She is a Swiss and Australian national who has trained and worked in both hospitality education and the hospitality business for all of her working life. She has lived in Australia, Switzerland, and Singapore. She has worked in high-end restaurants like Magill Estate and Bridgewater Mill.

Meet Anita. She is a Swiss and Australian national who has trained and worked in both hospitality education and the hospitality business for all of her working life. She has lived in Australia, Switzerland, and Singapore. She has worked in high-end restaurants like Magill Estate and Bridgewater Mill. Anita was managing Haigh's Chocolate Store in Glenelg and Visitor Centre. In each of these places, she has learned more and more about her passion: Food!! She loves cooking and in particular sustainable cooking. Anita Robin is a food lover and expert. She passes on her experience, skills, and passion to others through cooking lessons, demonstrations, books, and products. She shares her time between her two homes - Switzerland and The Fleurieu Peninsula and she loves to support her local community.
