I am a Personal Trainer who has a love for exercise, nutrition & overall health.
I have been training people for many years & love guiding each individual through personalised workouts, educating them, pushing them past their obstacles, helping them embrace a healthy lifestyle and watching them achieve their goals.
I believe that the most effective way to fitness & fat loss/toning is through weight training, high-intensity interval training, being held accountable and having fun.
So most of my personal training sessions revolve around this.

However, it is just as important to keep your body in balance and injury free so these factors are taken into consideration during my personal training too.
I am very lucky to work out of my beautiful home gym in North Bondi.
It has all the equipment I need, gives me (and clients) no excuse not to train if it is bad weather (although training outside is always welcomed) & it is only used by myself and my clients so it is a peaceful and private place to exercise.
For most of my sessions, I train one-on-one as this is the most effective way for someone to achieve their goals.
I do offer sessions for up to four people at a time.
