We aim to educate, encourage and motivate you to reach your health and wellness goals. Health Mates opened in December 1996 and since then has grown to over 3,300 members. We have won many awards over the past years, representing excellence in business management, customer service and community participation.

We offer a wide range of health and fitness programs for all ages in a friendly and clean environment. Over 60 classes per week catering to all abilities. Personalised exercise plans, body scans, Seniors programs, Mums & Bubs classes, personal coaching plus much more are available.
