About Julie Arentz PT

I have participated in triathlons on and off throughout my teenage years and 20s. In 2013, my dad and I entered a half ironman together: Swimmer - 1. 9km, Bicycle - 90km, Runner - 21. 1km.

I have participated in triathlons on and off throughout my teenage years and 20s. In 2013, my dad and I entered a half ironman together: Swimmer - 1. 9km, Bicycle - 90km, Runner - 21. 1km. Training for this and competing was one of the hardest things I have ever done, not only physically but mentally and emotionally. It was finishing this gruelling 6-hour triathlon that made me realise I want to share my passion for health and fitness with others. I want others to reach their individual goals as I know how hard it can be but so rewarding at the end of the journey.
