As a traditional karate school, our training focuses on Kihon (basic techniques), Kata (forms) and Kumite (sparring in full-contact style). Kenshin Karate is a true family affair. Sensei Dave and Leanne Stewart are a husband and wife team passionate about sharing the wealth of benefits that karate offers.
