Our kids' martial arts classes are designed to give your child the physical benefits of martial arts, whilst teaching them valuable life skills which will help them make better choices in life. Class locations are Keysborough and Noble Park North. The age-specific programs combine safety skills addressing bully defence and stranger danger tips, as well as life skills encompassing focus, discipline, respect, confidence and much more.

Our students learn a self-defence system that is a combination of kids' karate, Brazilian jujitsu and Japanese jujitsu with appropriate skills to defuse confrontations, handle schoolyard bullying and protect themselves from aggressors and strangers. Our kids' karate program has been designed to suit and cater for different age groups – ages four years to teenagers. In these programs, our focus is not just on improving their technical karate skills, we regularly incorporate stranger danger awareness, self-defence and life skills into our curriculum, making it an ultimate character development program for children to have. The skills that your child has learned will have a remarkable influence in their lives – both in school and at home, as they become more focused, and disciplined and have a great overall attitude in general. .
