Our French Croissant baking class will teach you how to make the original and traditional butter croissants you find in French bakeries. In our hands-on Croquembouche baking class, you will learn how to make a croquembouche and take your edible masterpiece home with you! You can also learn the French way to make macarons! Make macarons in different colours and sizes to an industry standard.
