Following an initial 1:1 consultation, we create your own personal program.
You can then choose to attend private sessions, duets, or group sessions.
There are never more than three to four people per instructor in a one-hour group session to guarantee you receive the very best personal attention and instruction.
Our sessions are enjoyed by clients of all levels, ages and stages of life, ranging from Pilates beginners to advanced, seniors, athletes, new mums and adolescents.
