We offer a free initial assessment where you will meet with a physiotherapist to discuss your goals whether it be for general well-being, rehabilitation, pre and post-natal or elite-level athletes. Clinical Pilates is the maximisation of the benefits of Pilates by using the full suite of Pilates equipment used correctly under the guidance and supervision of a physiotherapist in a purpose-built Clinical Pilates Studio.
