Rock Scholars is an independently operated music school offering tutoring and mentoring in all contemporary instruments and musical styles. Our community of students, teachers and performers work together in a supportive, creative environment that allows all young people the opportunity to explore their musicality and develop their playing skills. Rock Scholars offers one-on-one Perth music lessons in acoustic and electric guitar, bass guitar, ukulele, drums, singing and songwriting. We don’t teach from any set course or curriculum — all of our lessons are personalised to make sure that you get the learning experience you are looking for.

Our music teachers are not just tutors, they are all professional musicians playing regularly in some of Perth's most exciting young bands. Although many of them have formal musical education and qualifications, we choose them for their real-world experience as working musicians. Many of them are former Rock Scholars’ students and they all understand the importance of the music teacher as a role model.
