About Semprose Pilates & Fitness Studio
Semprose Pilates and Fitness Studio was founded in 2018 by the Director, Cheryl Burgess.
After having participated in Pilates classes and practiced Reformer Pilates Camden for many years, Cheryl went on to study the discipline for herself and her family.
The culmination of many years of Pilates classes especially for an avid sportsperson meant that injuries were minimized and a sustained level of fitness was achieved.
Cheryl wanted to bring Reformer Pilates to the Camden, Narellan, Campbelltown and surrounding areas due to the rapid growth in the area.

The name Semprose is a blend of the Latin words ‘Sempre’ which means always and ‘rose’ which means beautiful.
Consequently, our vision is that by doing Pilates whether it be Reformer Pilates or any of the hybrid Pilates classes that Semprose offers, you will ‘always feel the beautiful ‘ benefits in your body.
The locations are within easy reach to the Camden, Narellan and Campbelltown areas and will allow you to experience the wonderful community and health benefits that Reformer Pilates and Pilates classes offer.
