At Soul Surf School we pride ourselves on the delivery of the lessons we offer, we run monthly in-house staff training sessions where we workshop new ideas and techniques to maintain our high standards. This in turn maintains great progressive daily surf lessons. Sean started his business in 2009 by himself with only 6 soft boards, a mobile phone, and a booking sheet. Fast forward 10 years, with the help of his wife Shelley, Soul Surf School has grown into a regional business that employs over 20 local staff and has licenses to teach surfing in Byron Bay, Tweed Heads, and Ballina Shires.
