I am the creator and director of Star Anise Organic Wholefoods, which I started in my home kitchen in 2010.
I grew up in Queensland to Greek-Cypriot migrant parents in a household where homemade food and entertainment were part of the very fabric of our daily life.
In a short space of time, my little family and I went from barely surviving to thrive all from changing our diet.
This is when it struck me that food really is the most powerful medicine known to mankind.

My cooking workshops, health coaching, blogs, school lunches ebook, advocacy of toxic-free living, active sharing on my social pages, and my comprehensive food as medicine digital package all came into being to inspire people across the globe to reclaim power over their health by leading a more nourishing and conscious, and less toxic, life.
