Welcome to the SWIMLAB Community! We coach a very unique and engaging method called Total Immersion; a comprehensive delve and unraveling of the true nature of swimming. It is highly suited to the adult brain and body, a principled approach that works on the important ‘economy of effort’ principle, and drag reduction as humans are only about 5% efficient in water!!!! Our programs result in nothing less than a transformative experience for the swimmer. Combining this knowledge and expertise with over 35 years experience in sports coaching, we aim to empower you to convert this experience into more depth, breadth and ease of movement in the water.
