I am a qualified pastry chef. My 18 months of studies took place at TAFE, which is co-located with ECU and has one of the best-equipped patisserie kitchens in Perth. For many years, I have been creating delicious cakes, cupcakes, cookies and various desserts for parties, weddings, functions and corporate events. I also run decorating classes for parties, private groups, aged care and team-building events in and around Perth, Western Australia.
