Villa Musica is a music school run by sisters Penny and Lucy Adeney, inspired by the world-renowned educational philosophy of violin teacher and humanitarian Shinichi Suzuki. Established in 2000 in Melbourne, we have been at our current purpose-built premises at 1 Patterson Rd Bentleigh since 2017. The Music Cottage truly brings Dr Suzuki's philosophy alive and real for young musicians and their families. Each student has an individual weekly lesson with a Suzuki teacher plus a group lesson each week.

Individual lessons range in length from 20 minutes for the youngest students to 60 minutes for the advanced teens. The group lesson program incorporates a variety of experiences designed to enrich each child musically and provide an enjoyable social setting.
