We limit the schools to 10 participants and offer private schools for groups of 10 friends.
Sioban trained as a chef under Neil Perry in Sydney before working at Martin Boetz’ Longrain, a restaurant that has long been synonymous with Sydney’s best Thai food.
Since 2003, Sioban has been running Wildwood Valley Cottages and Cooking School along with her Mad About Tuscany Tours.
